Big news! Sachin Vaze has two 90% blockages in his heart, lawyer urges doctor
Important information has come to light about the suspended Mumbai police officer Sachin Vaze, charged with the death of Mansukh Hiren and the bombing of Mukesh Ambani.
Vazes lawyers have claimed that there are two 90% blocks in his heart. Vaze’s attorney, Raunak Naik, has filed a petition for medical assistance for Vaze with a special NIA court. Meanwhile, an NIA court has also obtained Sachin Vaze’s medical report.
The NIA arrested Vaze on March 13th. His pre-trial detention expires on Saturday. That’s why Waze is being produced in court again today. Waze’s attorney Raunak Naik wrote a letter to the court.
Sachin Waze has chest pain and two 90 percent blocks in his heart. So Waze’s attorney has requested that Waze be treated by a cardiologist.
The NIA has also invoked the Illegal Activities (Prevention) Act against the suspended Mumbai police officer in connection with the Antilia bombing.
Under UAPA, the maximum police detention can be 30 days. The investigating authority can request an extension of 90 days to submit a fee sheet (in addition to the usual 90 days). Securing the deposit will be much more difficult compared to other sections.
NIA is likely to request an increase in custody of Waze.
