Bombay HC relief for lawyer in ED summons | Mumbai News

MUMBAI: The Bombay Supreme Court on Wednesday asked the Enforcement Directorate (ED) not to insist on the presence of senior lawyer Anand Grover until December 14th. Grover and Lawyers Collective, of which he is the trustee of the NGO, had filed two separate petitions to challenge the summons and the case brought by the ED.
The subpoena requested to appear on November 26 under the Money Laundering Act. Additional attorney general, Anil Singh, who appeared for the ED, sought two weeks to file his response in a bank of Judges SS Shinde and MS Karnik.
