On Monday, February 8th at 12:00 noon EST, the Judiciary Committee will host a discussion on court wrappings, term limits and other proposals for Supreme Court reform that are of public concern following the recent elections that resulted in democratic control of the House woke the Senate and Presidency. The panel consists of Joshua Braver from the University of Wisconsin Law, Thomas Jipping from the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal & Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, and Ilya Somin from George Mason University. Curt Levey, President of the Justice Committee, will act as moderator.
