No criminal charges are being filed against Denver Broncos Pass Rusher Von Miller, Centennial, Colorado prosecutors said in a statement Friday.
Parker Police Department (Col.) had previously filed a criminal case against Miller with the DA office, but after reviewing all materials, the office determined that no charges would be brought according to the press release received from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Parker PD opened an investigation into Miller on Jan. 15, telling NFL.com that “if the investigation determines that a crime has been committed, the charges will be brought to the DA office for review”.
The police department did not publish the nature of the investigation.
Miller, 31, has been part of the Broncos organization since he was voted second overall in the 2011 NFL Draft. He is an eight-time Pro Bowl selection that led the franchise to a Super Bowl 50 victory. Miller missed the entire 2020 season and is entering the final year of his current contract.
