WICHITA FALLS (KFDX / KJTL) – Five days after filing a motion for Justin Love to be detained for alleged bond violations and curfew, prosecutors added new alleged violations that were committed after the initial motion was filed.

The district attorney wants Love’s $ 500,000 bond to be revoked and more than two dozen violations to be listed, including contact with a witness from his first trial in 2018.

Love is waiting for a retrial.

The amended motion, filed on Wednesday, January 20, is contributing to additional violations of its curfew and travel restrictions, one on Friday, January 15, after the first application was filed, and one on Saturday, January 16.

One was in a house on Wilson Ave. and one in a house on Bland Street.

The original application lists five trips to the Wilson address and 14 trips to the boring address from December 14th through last Saturday, January 16th.

Love is under house arrest in his grandmother’s house, except for travel for specific purposes, such as to see a doctor or lawyer.

He must also wear an ankle monitor.

The original motion claimed Love sent a message to his wife telling him he wanted to turn off the monitor.
