FCA US LLC reaches an agreement with the US Attorney General to investigate the National Training Center

FCA US LLC (FCA US) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan to investigate the misconduct of certain former US FCA employees involved in the UAW-Chrysler National Training Center (NTC) is involved to solve). The agreement, which is subject to US federal court approval, contains a guilty plea in a single conspiracy for violating the Labor Management Relations Act and the payment of a $ 30 million fine.
