Coniglio’s presentation will analyze the “Piercing of the Corporate Veil” liability theory as well as the “Alter Ego” doctrine that has implications Texas Healthcare companies. He will elaborate on the factors considered by Texas Courts in evaluating corporate veil piercing and the legal requirements and restrictions as set out in the Texas Business Organizations Code. Coniglio will present alongside the lawyer Michael Sawicki.
