On Tuesday, April 20 at 12 noon EDT, the Harvard Law School chapter of the Federalist Society will host a debate entitled “Break the Court or Save Democracy? A Debate on the Packing of Courts “between two scholars over the merits of proposals to add seats to the Supreme Court. Professor Michael Klarman of Harvard Law will advocate court wrapping and Dan McLaughlin of the National Review will oppose it. Professor Theodore Rave from the University of Houston Law Center will moderate.
