Lawyer held for cheating, raping woman | Hyderabad News

Hyderabad: The Supreme Court took note of a letter from a grieving woman who expressed doubts about her daughter's death in a hospital and on Monday appointed attorney Dominic Fernandez amicus curiae to discuss her case in court.
Dominic said he would speak to the petitioner and get the facts in an appropriate format and list the relief. The judge has published the case for further hearing by November 9th.
The letter was written by Dr. Safinaz Fatima of the Yousufain Colony complained about the mysterious death of her daughter, who was also a doctor, on March 28th. She was hospitalized on March 17th. The hospital infused heavy chemical fluids and resorted to medical procedures without seeking her consent.
After her death, her daughter, a 5 foot 6 inch tall person, was buried in a 4 foot pit. The petitioner expressed doubts that the hospital had secretly removed all of her daughter's vital organs. She alleged the hospital made false claims that her daughter consumed a large amount of mouthwash, which proved fatal, and said it was a smart ploy to get out of the clutches of the law.
She accused the Panjagutta police of ignoring her complaint and being associated with the hospital. She sought justice for her daughter.
