A lawyer hopes to convince two states to bring charges against rapper TI and his wife Tiny of alleged sexual abuse and assault on multiple women.
In a statement to Fox News, attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn alleged that more than 30 women brought a litany of allegations against the couple, including “forced drugs, kidnapping, rape and intimidation in at least two states, including California and California,” Georgia. “
TI and Tiny have denied the allegations against them.
In a media video conference Monday, Blackburn told reporters that he was currently working for several of the couple’s alleged victims. The stories stretch between 2005 and 2018. However, for security and privacy reasons, he would not share her identity with the media, only law enforcement.

“Because of the breadth and complexity of this matter, the potential for many victims, the jurisdiction, and the resources required to investigate T&T and its co-conspirators, Mr. Blackburn sent criminal referrals to the US attorney in Georgia in the Northern District , the US attorney for California in the Central District, the attorneys general of California and Georgia, and the attorney general in Los Angeles, “the statement said.
The referrals prompt the respective offices to initiate criminal investigations into the duo, whose real names are Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. and Tameka Dianne Harris, under the Protection of Victims of Human Trafficking Act and the Rape, Kidnapping, RICO and Terrorist Threat Statues in Georgia.
Blackburn notes that he is not currently pursuing a civil suit against the famous duo, stating that their primary mission is “justice, not dollars”.

“Right now I’m just focusing on the criminal investigation. My main focus is bringing justice to these women, it is. If we file a civil lawsuit, we will cross that bridge when we get there,” he told reporters. “But at this point my only focus is bringing justice to these women and ensuring that TI, Tiny and their staff are held responsible for the reign of terror they have inflicted on these women. These women have suffered immensely over the years. “”
The celebrity couple, who previously had their own VH1 reality TV series, “TI & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,” made headlines this week after a woman named Sabrina Peterson took screenshots of unverified messages from over a dozen unidentified women who had posted the rapper and his wife accused of sexual abuse.

At the time, the couple released a statement to Complex denying the allegations. Following Mr Blackburn’s involvement in the situation, her attorney, Steve Sadow, issued a statement further denying her involvement.
“Clifford (TI) and Tameka Harris vehemently deny these unfounded and unfounded allegations. We are confident that if these allegations are thoroughly and fairly investigated, charges will not be brought,” the statement said (via The Hollywood Reporter).

Sadow continued, “These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a dirty shakedown campaign that began on social media. The Harrises beg everyone not to get caught in these overt attempts to manipulate the press and abuse the judicial system become.”
