MOUNDSVILLE – Bordas & Bordas recently announced the addition of attorney Jeffrey Parsons to its legal team.
Parsons is a Wheeling native and graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.
He is licensed to practice in West Virginia and will concentrate on issues related to oil and gas leasing and rights. He is working in the firm’s Moundsville office.
Prior to joining Bordas & Bordas, Parsons served as the career law clerk to U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey for 13 years. During that time he gained a strong familiarity with the federal court system, working on complex civil litigation matters including mass litigation and class action lawsuits in the oil and gas industry.
“We are excited to have Jeff join our firm,” Managing Partner Jamie Bordas said. “He brings years of experience in analyzing complex legal issues, including those involving oil and gas issues. He is a significant addition to our already talented group of attorneys.”
“Being part of the Bordas & Bordas team is exciting,” Parsons said. “I look forward to helping clients with their legal issues.”
