On Monday, Jan. 25 at 1:00 p.m. EST, the Brookings Institution will host a discussion on the future of Supreme Court reform proposals after the Democrats take tight control of the Senate and President Joe Biden set up a non-partisan commission to investigate the Court has instituted reform. Former Attorney General Eric Holder will deliver a keynote address, followed by a panel discussion with Susan Hennessey and Molly Reynolds of Brookings, Daniel Epps of Washington University at St. Louis Law, Marin Levy of Duke Law, and Christopher Kang of Demand Justice.
