Half a dozen lawsuits were filed simultaneously on April 30th in federal courts in three states – including Pennsylvania – against the makers and marketers of paraquat, a herbicide allegedly linked to the development of Parkinson’s disease.

The plaintiffs are represented by lawyers from Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky, Philadelphia; DiCello Levitt in Chicago; and Searcy Denney in West Palm Beach, Florida.
