If a District Employee is liable under the Nursing Home Act for failure to treat a resident, the Nursing Home Act replaces Section 2-204 of the Immunity Against Tort Act, which makes the worker liable and therefore makes the county liable as section 2-109 of the Immunity Act from unlawful acts no longer applies.
